Empowering Women with Helene Banner

Helene Banner is a former senior communication advisor at the European Commission and a new entrepreneur. After spending a decade at the heart of European politics where Helene held many senior roles in communication field, she decided that her purpose in business life is to support women to roll up their full potential to become leaders.

While she organizes trainings, workshops and performs coaching, she underlines that pushing women or allocating quotas in board rooms is not enough. The work culture should evolve in a way that enables cooperation, understanding each other and benefitting natural abilities of both men and women.
